For this assignment, I was asked to create a campaign for Gabb Wireless. Gabb Wireless is a company dedicated to creating a safe cell phone environment for kids. This includes no web or app browsing. With this in mind, I began to think of all of the dangers of the internet and what you’d want your child to be protected from. One of the most dangerous being Internet challenges. In this campaign, I wanted to show a simple and fun visual of all the things that can go wrong with individuals having access to the internet/following social challenges. I also began to think of the Term “smartphone” and realized smartphones often do more harm than good. Especially in developing children. Hence the term “Smart Phones Lead to Dumb People”.
